Jill Warner holds her dog Zoey in her Park Hill house that she shares with her husband, Erick Roorda. They own the retro furniture and accessory store, Mod Livin' on East Colfax Ave, and their house is furnished from items that they sell in the store. In their bright egg-yolk yellow dining room there is a danish modern table with vintage Cherner wood chairs and Philippe Starck's Louis Ghost chairs at each end. A framed Pucci drawing, one of Jill's favorite artists, is on the wall in the corner.
