Our trip to and from Korphe, Pakistan, where Greg Mortenson begins his story in the book, "Three Cups of Tea." in 2010, CAI built a new school to replace the original one, because heavy rain collapsed the roof and caused major structural damage. Fiza Bano, age 10, is the only girl in her 4th-grade class at CAI's Korphe school. The teacher, Muhammad Hassan, is from Testovoli Village, and walks about 1 1/2 hours to Korphe to teach.
